This display marks the thirtieth anniversary of Duncan Grant's death and celebrates the recent acquisition of the photograph of the 'Dreadnought Hoax' taken by Lafayette Studios. Duncan Grant was a central figure in the Bloomsbury group and an influential artist to generations of painters. His pictorial experiments, influenced by the ideas of the Post-Impressionists, placed him in the forefront of the avant-garde.
